Ringtone creators will use these channels to add some special effects such as reverb, portamento or echoe.

Now Microsoft has also introduced smart phone operating system fro upcoming mobile phones and is promoting themes. Theme is similar to computer desktop theme that you can easily download. For example you can download a jungle theme, where you will get ringtones along with wallpapers and pictures of birds or animals.
