I was told by a worker at a verizon store that if you use a pda cell phone you are charge an additional $30.00 a month on your bill……………True or false and why?

      That guy probably talking about an added features like “Data Plan” which u use to surf the web from the PDA Cell Phone anywhere u go. I personally suggest going for a GSM PDA Cellphone so that if you go to different countries, u can still use your phone through roaming or thru buying a local sim card whichever is easy/cheaper for you.

      He was probably trying to get you to sign up for a data plan which is NOT necessary for a PDA unless you plan on using the device’s data features(e-mail, internet via 3G/cellular network). It seems like Verizon aggressively pushes for their customers to get a data add-on when purchasing a PDA through them.
