Can I sync a hybrid-cell/PDA with Yahoo via PC, rather than on-air via carrier? Which devices will work?

I’m about to upgrade to 21st century, but all I need to do right now is sync a hybrid via the PC rather than pay my carrier(Cingular) the xtra $/mo for air time (I know I can do it on-air). I would like to sync with Yahoo calendar/contacts/tasks. Pretty much the basics for using a PDA. I don’t need music, games, other fluff. I do have DSL or T1 access to Yahoo. Which devices (if any) are best suited? Or is that even possible with Yahoo at this time?

-more info- I do not use Outlook or other local client. All my work is done directly on-line via Yahoo Beta mail, calendar, etc. Yahoo beta mail is also the front end for 6 other domain email addresses.

TIA for any help provided.

I honestly don’t know if this is what you’re looking for, but I fooled my yahoo into thinking my Axim was a phone… so I sync via my home computer, or via wifi while at home.
